The lower class citizens of Jisang live in cramped rooms on the lower floors of the tower. These rooms are not much bigger than the size of an upper class person's closet, and often these rooms house entire families. There are dozens of floors that make up the lower class, and each floor is filled with thousands of people. Each room contains the bare essentials of kitchen and home appliances, and the rest can be found in each floor's communal kitchen, where there are several refrigerators and stoves. However, there is definitely not enough space for everyone to keep their food refrigerated so some are forced to share or keep foods that do not need to be refrigerated. Because everyone is so physically close, there is a lot of strife amongst those in the lower class, but the peace is kept well enough by those in charge, and people don't have enough room to start arguments.
